Farm management and agricultural trade platform
Built the digital platform behind an agritech company connecting Nigerian farmers to international markets. A farm management dashboard tracks crops, harvest dates, inputs, sales and farm locations, alongside member onboarding for training, land support and a produce marketplace for ginger, sesame and cashew exports to the UK and Europe.
Career launch and programme management SaaS
Designed and engineered a multi-tenant platform that helps organisations, councils and government programmes move young people from beginner to job-ready. It combines courses, real projects, mentor matching, session scheduling, a job board and CV builder with progress tracking, funder-ready reporting and analytics exports for programme teams.
Consultancy website and digital presence
Delivered the website for a digital transformation consultancy working with government, public sector and regulated industries. The site presents its user research, service design and accessibility practice, showcases engagements across central and devolved government, and gives prospective clients a clear route to start a conversation.
Discovery and Alpha
Led user research across eight distinct user cohorts, including vulnerable users and people with accessibility needs, for a major defence recruitment platform. Delivered the research programme through Discovery and Alpha phases, supporting a successful GDS Alpha assessment.
Platform Transition Programme
Designed and delivered the user research and workforce readiness strategy for a large central government department migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Work covered training design, accessibility audit and change adoption across a distributed workforce.
Service Discovery
Conducted discovery research for a cross-departmental digital service handling complex citizen entitlement calculations. Mapped end-to-end user journeys and identified critical pain points in a legacy transaction process.
Accessibility and service design
Developed a bilingual digital usability and accessibility toolkit for a national government association, including usability testing, survey design and training materials to raise digital accessibility standards across member organisations.
